How should the Brushed Nickel finish be maintained without changing its grain?

Wipe in the direction of the brushed surface using a soft damp microfiber cloth, then dry the faucet immediately. Use diluted pH-neutral soap only and avoid abrasive pads, acidic descalers, bleach, ammonia, steel wool, metal polish, and concentrated disinfectants that can create bright or uneven areas.
