We installed 15 matte-black touchless faucets throughout healthcare and transportation restroom retrofit projects between 2022 and 2025 after older dark-finish sensor systems repeatedly developed false triggering near reflective wall materials, inconsistent shutoff timing, and premature valve wear during continuous public usage, and by 2026 these units have maintained significantly steadier performance across all installed facilities. Previous matte-black fixtures frequently required repeated recalibration because of changing restroom lighting exposure and fluctuating inlet-pressure environments, whereas this faucet maintained more dependable motion detection with smoother stream regulation throughout heavy daily operation. Maintenance supervisors also mentioned that service calls tied to activation inconsistencies declined noticeably after installation. One deeper sink setup required slight sensor refinements during setup, but once standardized the infrared timing stability and operational reliability remained highly dependable.

I ordered 4 faucets from these people. It took almost 3 months to get them. They never told me they had to come from China. They told me they were being manufactured in virginia, which was BS. I will never buy anything from them again, really poor customer service. The faucets are nice and work so far.
