How should the waterfall outlet be aligned with the basin during installation?
Position the single mounting hole so the 2.95-inch spout reach directs the waterfall stream toward the basin drain rather than against the rear or curved bowl wall. Confirm the landing point under operating pressure before final tightening to minimize splash and maintain consistent hand-washing clearance.
How should the infrared sensing zone be commissioned after installation?
Complete sensor testing after the basin, backsplash, mirror, lighting, soap dispenser, and surrounding accessories are installed. Verify prompt activation from normal hand positions without false triggering from polished surfaces, nearby movement, cleaning equipment, or objects outside the intended detection zone.
What should be checked if waterfall flow or mixed-water temperature becomes inconsistent?
Flush the hot and cold supply branches independently, inspect the inlet passages for construction debris, fully open the service stops, and compare dynamic pressure while the faucet operates. Restricted supply lines, trapped air, sediment, or pressure imbalance can distort the waterfall sheet and affect temperature stability.
