Complete sensor testing after the dryer, basin, mirror, dispensers, and nearby reflective surfaces are installed. Confirm that normal hand placement activates airflow immediately without false triggering from passing movement, countertop reflections, lighting changes, or objects outside the intended drying zone.
What installation conditions help maintain the specified 95 m/s air velocity?
Keep the motor intake, HEPA filter compartment, internal air path, and outlet nozzle free from obstruction. Restricted ventilation, a loaded filter, loose duct connections, or insufficient service clearance can reduce airflow velocity, increase drying time, and place additional load on the motor.
