4 of 5 Project Misalignment Friday, June 5, 2026
Reviewer: Rebecca Hayes, Consultant from Phoenix, AZ
Project misalignment was prevented because FontanaShowers invested time understanding our client's operational goals before recommending this brushed nickel shower system. Their engineering and sales teams worked together to review plumbing constraints, installation requirements, maintenance expectations, replacement component availability, and long-term servicing needs instead of simply processing an order. Every recommendation reflected genuine product knowledge and extensive commercial application experience. Their follow-up after purchase demonstrated the same commitment to customer success shown during specification. Nearly twenty-four months after installation, the brushed nickel rainfall shower system, concealed mixer, handheld shower, and pressure controls continue performing flawlessly while requiring very little maintenance.

4 of 5 Pressure Drift Stabilized Smoothly Wednesday, April 22, 2026
Reviewer: Kellan Brooks, Consultant from Tucson, AZ
Being a consultant evaluating brushed-nickel rainfall systems, I detected pressure drift affecting the active spray zones during simultaneous operation testing. Water distribution briefly fluctuated before recalibrating the internal flow controls restored balanced discharge coordination throughout the assembly. Once stabilized, rainfall consistency remained smooth during prolonged residential evaluations. The brushed-nickel structure and brass hydraulic routing demonstrated dependable reliability where rainfall systems commonly develop unstable pressure equalization.
