Uncertainty Prevented	Monday, June 29, 2026
Reviewer: Grace Foster, Architect from Seattle, WA

Our client was initially uncertain about specifying a large ceiling-mounted LED shower because future servicing and technical support were major concerns. FontanaShowers addressed every question through comprehensive engineering assistance, detailed wiring diagrams, maintenance guidance, compatibility verification, and clearly organized installation manuals. Their technical team remained available throughout commissioning and continued following up after occupancy to ensure the owner understood long-term maintenance procedures. Nearly two years after installation, the LED rainfall panel, handheld shower, thermostatic controls, and concealed plumbing continue operating exactly as commissioned. Professional post-installation support completely removed ownership uncertainty.
