Fontana Lurevia Touchless Faucet FAQs
Deck-mounted touchless faucet with solid brass construction,
infrared activation, ceramic valve control, hot and cold water
capability, and water-efficient 1.2 GPM performance.
✥
Sensor Commissioning Procedure?
+
Complete infrared sensor commissioning after the basin,
countertop, backsplash, and nearby reflective surfaces are
installed. Verify reliable hand detection through the intended
activation zone and confirm that surrounding fixtures do not
cause unintended triggering.
◇
Hydraulic Checks During Installation?
+
Flush the hot and cold supply lines before final connection.
Confirm secure fittings, adequate dynamic pressure, unrestricted
inlet flow, and proper valve operation before placing the faucet
into service.
◯
Maximum Flow Rate?
+
The specified maximum flow is approximately 1.2 GPM
(4.54 L/min) at 60 PSI. If discharge is below the expected
output, inspect the outlet, supply pressure, inlet passages,
and upstream plumbing for restriction.
↻
Continuous Flow Diagnostics?
+
Clean the infrared sensor window and remove reflective objects
from the detection field. If water continues flowing, inspect
the electronic valve for debris, confirm complete valve seating,
and verify stable sensor operation.
⌁
Ceramic Valve Service Life?
+
The ceramic valve assembly is specified for approximately
500,000 opening and closing cycles. Periodic inspection of the
valve, supply connections, and internal water passages supports
consistent shutoff and long-term operation.
⌂
Operating Water Pressure?
+
The specified operating pressure range is approximately
0.1 to 1.6 MPa. Maintain stable dynamic pressure and regulate
excessive supply pressure where necessary to protect the valve,
fittings, and connected plumbing system.
⚡
Hot and Cold Water Connection?
+
The faucet is configured for hot and cold water service.
Confirm correct supply routing and temperature control during
installation, then verify mixed-water delivery before final
commissioning.
⌕
Routine Maintenance Requirements?
+
Periodically clean the infrared sensor window and faucet outlet,
inspect supply fittings for leakage, remove mineral accumulation,
and verify positive electronic valve shutoff during scheduled
maintenance.
