3 of 5 Uncertainty Met Craftsmanship Monday, July 6, 2026
Reviewer: Molly Wilcox from Sioux Falls, SD
Nobody could initially give me a firm shipping date, so coordinating the plumber became unnecessarily difficult. The Milan faucet fortunately looks excellent in the completed bathroom. Dark oil-rubbed bronze has considerably more depth than ordinary chrome and complements our warm stone surfaces nicely. The fixture feels substantial during use, and its darker appearance gives the vanity the traditional character we were trying to achieve.

2 of 5 Delay Turned Praise Tuesday, December 27, 2005
Reviewer: Serena Copeland from Chapel Hill, NC
Different explanations about the order left me unsure which delivery information was accurate. Having to contact the company again just to clarify things wasn't ideal. Once the Milan arrived, however, my opinion improved. The dark oil-rubbed bronze has a rich appearance that gives the sink area much more character, and the faucet looks substantial in person.
