Delivery took longer than the original estimate, and no proactive update explained what was happening. The Sierra has fortunately been enjoyable since installation. The waterfall flow gives the fixture a noticeably different feel from an ordinary hand shower, while the LED color effect adds visual interest. Guests have commented on it several times, although the purchasing experience could certainly have been smoother.

The faucet was as expected, and in fact I can say that it exceeded my expectations of it. The design is cool and amazing, and I believe it works well with the contemporary atmosphere we're trying to build for the bathroom. The LED lights are kind of cool as well, and they have this nice soft glow whenever the faucet is in use. Definitely something worth considering if you're looking for a new faucet.

This Sierra was selected for one of our more design-forward suites, and I'll admit the installation stage made me question whether the extra features were worth it. A few questions slowed completion and the room missed its original handover date. Guest reaction has been more encouraging. The waterfall flow and LED color effect make the fixture memorable, while the hand shower adds functionality beyond the visual novelty. Not the easiest project item, but certainly not boring.
