5 of 5 Design Coordination Mastered Friday, May 8, 2026
Reviewer: Andrew Brooks, Engineer from Raleigh, NC
This luxury recessed shower system became the centerpiece of a custom residence where precise coordination between structural framing, plumbing, lighting, and finish trades was absolutely critical. FontanaShowers assigned an engineer who reviewed every drawing, confirmed concealed installation clearances, verified valve accessibility, and identified potential conflicts before construction started. Their proactive engineering approach eliminated field modifications that could have delayed completion. The installation progressed exactly according to schedule, and commissioning required no unexpected adjustments. Nearly two years later, the thermostatic controls remain exceptionally stable, every outlet delivers balanced performance, and the complete system continues operating exactly as originally engineered. Working with a manufacturer that actively participates in project coordination is invaluable.

4 of 5 Weak Thermal Stability Recovered Quickly Monday, May 4, 2026
Reviewer: Cole Foster, Installer from Medford, OR
As an installer responsible for thermostatic shower configurations, I observed weak thermal stability during repeated hot-and-cold adjustment testing. Temperature consistency briefly fluctuated before the internal valve system corrected the imbalance and restored dependable heat coordination throughout operation. Once stabilized, hydraulic performance remained smooth during extended testing cycles. The recessed brass assembly and thermostatic controls demonstrated reliable operation where luxury shower systems frequently develop inconsistent thermal regulation.
