3 of 5 Silence Met Style Wednesday, July 8, 2026
Reviewer: Lauren Prescott from New Orleans, LA
My order confirmation came promptly, but useful updates afterward were noticeably slower. I eventually contacted support myself to establish where the shipment stood. The Florence shower has been a more positive experience. Hot and cold mixing feels easy to manage, rainfall coverage is comfortable, and the wall-mounted arrangement works particularly well in our bathroom where modifying the ceiling was not desirable.

4 of 5 Lighting back in sync Tuesday, June 2, 2026
Reviewer: Colton Foster, Engineer from Fargo, ND
Repeated temperature changes were used to verify long-term mixer accuracy instead of relying only on the initial setup. During those cycles, a small fluctuation appeared before the selected temperature settled completely. Recalibrating the mixer controls restored precise blending between the hot and cold supplies across the full adjustment range. Follow-up testing showed accurate regulation regardless of how often the controls were operated. The Florence wall-mounted mixer continued delivering reliable thermal performance throughout the evaluation.

3 of 5 Delay Became Worthwhile Wednesday, November 30, 2005
Reviewer: Eleanor Keller from Coeur d'Alene, ID
Opening reservations were already coming in while this bathroom was still waiting to be finished, so patience was running thin. The Florence arrived later in the sequence than expected and pushed final completion uncomfortably close to our deadline. From the designer's perspective, however, substituting another fixture would have been a mistake. The wall-mounted arrangement keeps the shower clean visually and the rainfall presentation works beautifully with the restrained interior.
