The finish is what initially piqued our curiosity about this faucet. We thought the gold finish in the image looked nice. It's not extremely glossy or polished, but it still looks fantastic. We had hoped it would come at our door looking just as we had envisioned it to, and it did. installed it last week, and so far it has been completely reliable.

When our initial item was delivered, we were quite happy and eager to have it fitted. Few, though, were scratched. As a result, we got in touch with Fontana Showers, who eventually agreed to send a replacement for the scratched one. Although the automatic faucets function flawlessly and have not shown any issues, the hassle and complication were aggravating, hence the three-star rating.
