3 of 5 Complication Found Coverage Friday, August 14, 2026
Reviewer: Kelsey Ellington from Amarillo, TX
Our installation date had to be moved because the Napoli arrived later than originally indicated. Once fitted, however, the gold shower set gave the bathroom considerably more presence. The finish looks particularly attractive against neutral stone, while the rain shower provides the broad overhead flow our guests prefer. It was a worthwhile specification for the premium suite despite the fulfillment delay.

3 of 5 Difficulty Turned Confidence Monday, April 28, 2008
Reviewer: Bianca Conley from Ithaca, NY
Every time I thought I had a reliable delivery date, the estimate seemed to move again. The lack of a firm timeline was easily the most frustrating part of the purchase. The Napoli shower set helped turn things around once it arrived. The gold finish looks striking without overwhelming the space, and the 8-inch rain shower gives the completed setup a distinctly upscale appearance.
