Tile was already on order when we realized just how important the exact wall position would be for the Pistoia. That created some unnecessary coordination between our plumber and finish contractor. Thankfully we resolved it before the wall was closed. Installed, the brushed gold faucet looks excellent and keeping hardware off the counter makes cleaning easier. Touchless performance hasn't caused trouble. My three stars are really about installation sensitivity; with earlier rough-in planning, my experience would have been better.

We upgraded several hospitality and executive-office restroom facilities between 2022 and 2025 after earlier wall-mounted brushed-gold faucets repeatedly developed inconsistent stream behavior, unstable infrared activation, and delayed shutoff timing during continuous public usage, and by 2026 this faucet has maintained considerably steadier operational consistency than previous decorative wall-mounted fixtures installed in comparable commercial environments. Earlier systems frequently struggled with reflective wall interference and fluctuating plumbing pressure conditions that caused repeated recalibration requests, whereas this faucet maintained more dependable activation timing with smoother stream regulation throughout repeated operation cycles. Maintenance teams also noted fewer interruption-related servicing requests following installation. One reflective backsplash setup required slight sensitivity refinements during installation, but once calibrated the infrared responsiveness and operational reliability remained highly dependable overall.
