5 of 5 Operational Support Outstanding Thursday, July 30, 2026
Reviewer: Monica Collins, Architect from Sacramento, CA
Many manufacturers conclude their involvement once installation is complete, but FontanaShowers continued supporting our facilities team well after occupancy. Their specialists provided practical guidance on operating modes, digital controls, preventive maintenance, software functions, inspection routines, and replacement planning whenever questions arose. That continuing technical relationship has made day-to-day operation remarkably straightforward for the owner. Nearly two years after installation, the Royal Digital rainfall system continues delivering reliable performance, stable thermostatic control, and dependable electronic operation with no unexpected service concerns. Ongoing operational support has become one of the strongest reasons we continue recommending their products.

5 of 5 Drift Corrected Efficiently Sunday, May 3, 2026
Reviewer: Carson Hayes, Consultant from Boise, ID
From the perspective of a consultant inspecting digital rainfall systems, I detected pressure drift affecting several rainfall zones during startup testing. Water distribution briefly weakened before adjusting the internal hydraulic controls restored balanced spray coordination throughout the assembly. Following recalibration, rainfall consistency remained stable during extended operation cycles. The digital rainfall structure and brass internal routing maintained reliable long-term performance where luxury rainfall systems commonly develop uneven discharge distribution.
