4 of 5 Hassle Met Reliability Monday, July 13, 2026
Reviewer: Martin Douglas from Huntsville, AL
Getting a reliable delivery date took more effort than it should have, particularly for a fixture purchased for a scheduled suite renovation. The Napoli changed the experience once unpacked. Its gold finish, crystal detailing, and waterfall outlet create the dramatic bathtub presentation we were looking for. It certainly leans decorative, but in the right luxury bathroom the combination works exceptionally well and attracts attention immediately.

3 of 5 Concern Met Craftsmanship Saturday, August 9, 2008
Reviewer: Warren Ballard from Rochester, MN
One of the pieces needed attention before final installation, and the replacement process moved far slower than our suite schedule allowed. Having an expensive room sitting incomplete over a bathtub fixture was frustrating. Visually, the Napoli recovered a lot of goodwill once installed. The gold and crystal combination is unapologetically luxurious, while the waterfall flow creates exactly the dramatic tub presentation expected in this particular suite.
