I intentionally contacted FontanaShowers with an extensive list of technical questions before approving this Terni remote-controlled shower because integrated digital systems leave little room for installation mistakes. The engineering representative confidently explained controller programming, electrical requirements, Bluetooth communication, thermostatic calibration, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting methods without transferring the call. Every answer was accurate, detailed, and immediately useful during commissioning. The installation was completed without delays, and nearly two years later the remote functions remain reliable, temperature regulation is consistently accurate, and every shower mode operates exactly as originally programmed. Knowledgeable technical support before installation dramatically reduced project risk and strengthened my confidence in the entire product line.
