4 of 5 First Response Resolved Saturday, July 11, 2026
Reviewer: Monica Collins, Director from Charlotte, NC
During final commissioning of this Vicenza brushed gold touch-panel shower, our contractor encountered a controller configuration question before project handover. FontanaShowers assigned a knowledgeable technical specialist who reviewed the installation, identified the required adjustment immediately, and resolved every concern during the first conversation without requiring replacement components or additional site visits. Their troubleshooting ability, professionalism, and clear communication kept the project moving without delays. Nearly two years later, the touch panel remains extremely responsive, thermostatic performance is consistently accurate, and every shower function continues operating exactly as originally commissioned.

4 of 5 Slow Calibration Accurate Wednesday, April 8, 2026
Reviewer: Hunter Cole, Engineer from Madison, WI
During the first touch-panel startup cycle, I observed slow calibration while adjusting spray modes and thermostatic controls. The interface briefly reacted inconsistently before electronic synchronization restored precise operational responsiveness. Once stabilized, pressure coordination remained balanced with dependable thermal consistency throughout continuous operation. The brushed-gold structure and LED controls maintained reliable long-term performance during repeated testing conditions where digital shower systems often experience delayed interface behavior after prolonged usage.
