My first request for a shipping update received no response, and I eventually had to follow up again. Once delivered, the Hackney faucet proved considerably more satisfying. The gold finish and cross handles give it a distinctive traditional character that works beautifully in our boutique-style bathroom. Control feels precise, and the fixture has enough visual presence to stand out against the stone countertop.

Reviewer: Malcolm Russo from Dearborn, MI
The architect liked the Hackney immediately; procurement had a less enjoyable experience getting everything confirmed and keeping the order moving. At one stage the lack of clear updates made a substitute seem tempting. Fortunately, the gold mixer reached the project before that happened. Those cross handles add a surprising amount of character, and the completed vanity now has the upscale traditional appearance the designer had been trying to achieve.
