Following several hospitality restroom modernization projects completed between 2021 and 2024 where earlier brushed-gold commercial faucets repeatedly suffered from false triggering near mirrored backsplashes, unstable infrared response, and uneven stream interruption during continuous guest usage, we transitioned multiple executive-suite installations to this touchless faucet system, and by 2026 the operational consistency has remained substantially stronger than previous decorative sensor fixtures maintained in comparable luxury environments. Earlier brushed-gold systems frequently struggled with delayed shutoff timing and inconsistent water delivery under fluctuating inlet-pressure conditions, whereas this faucet maintained steadier motion detection with smoother stream consistency throughout repeated daily operation. Housekeeping teams also noted reduced polishing requirements compared to earlier polished gold fixtures used in the same properties. One deeper basin setup required slight sensor refinement during installation, but once calibrated the infrared responsiveness and valve reliability remained highly consistent overall.

This Fontana Commercial Brushed Gold sensor faucet is beautiful just well made. Easy to install. Well worth it. Highly recommend. had faucets cost twice as much with less quality.
