Flush the open shower-arm branch until pipe scale, solder residue,
construction debris, and excess sealing compound are fully removed.
Inspect the male NPT threads, apply approved sealant sparingly, and
support the shower arm while tightening the inlet connection.
How should the specified 1.75 GPM discharge be verified during commissioning?
Stabilize the system at normal dynamic pressure, purge trapped air,
and perform a timed volumetric collection test. Reduced output may
indicate branch pressure loss, debris at the inlet, mineral loading,
or restriction within the internal flow-control passage.
How should the MasterClean nozzle field be commissioned and maintained?
Confirm that every flexible nozzle produces a stable droplet stream
