HYDROWAVE INFINITE™ CRYSTAL COLLECTION
Fontana HydroWave Matte Brushed Gold FAQs
Matte brushed gold 8-inch widespread bathroom faucet with three-hole
deck mounting, dual crystal knobs, ceramic valves, and hot/cold control.
✥
What Installation Layout Is Required?
+
The HydroWave Infinite uses an 8-inch widespread,
three-hole deck-mounted configuration with a central spout
and two independent valve controls. Verify finished deck
drilling and below-deck clearance before installation.
◇
How Are Hot And Cold Supplies Controlled?
+
Two independent handles regulate the hot and cold water
supplies. During commissioning, confirm correct supply
orientation, smooth handle travel, stable mixing and
complete shutoff from both valves.
◯
What Valve Technology Is Used?
+
The live specification identifies a ceramic valve with
ceramic valve-core material. Flush both supply branches
before final connection to reduce debris reaching the
ceramic sealing interfaces.
↻
How Should The Crystal Knobs Be Aligned?
+
The faucet uses dual crystal knobs mounted on independent
valve stems. Install each knob concentrically with its
control assembly to support smooth rotation and avoid
unnecessary lateral loading.
⌁
What Does 8-Inch Widespread Mean?
+
The faucet is designed around an 8-inch widespread mounting
layout. Coordinate the two valve openings and center-spout
location with the vanity drilling before the finished deck
is completed.
⌂
What Below-Deck Access Is Needed?
+
Maintain clear access for both valve bodies, mounting
hardware and connecting hoses. Sink bowls, cabinetry and
structural members should not block installation or future
service access.
⚙
What Should Be Verified During Commissioning?
+
Flush the piping, verify hot and cold orientation, inspect
all below-deck connections for leakage, confirm smooth
ceramic-valve operation and verify positive shutoff at
both controls.
⌕
Matte Brushed Gold Maintenance?
+
Clean the matte brushed gold and crystal surfaces using a
soft non-abrasive cloth. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners,
remove mineral accumulation from the outlet as required
and periodically inspect accessible mounting hardware.
