Maintenance became part of the conversation soon after the vibrant brushed-bronze rain showers entered service at our ski lodge. The finish looks excellent in the renovated suites, but our housekeeping manager quickly established a specific cleaning routine rather than allowing different products to be used interchangeably. Once that was standardized, presentation improved considerably. Shower performance itself has been reliable and guest response positive. Three stars reflects the extra finish discipline required from operations, not a functional complaint. I would specify it again where the design value justifies that attention.
