Calibration Needed Patience	Tuesday, July 7, 2026
Reviewer: Nathan Fairmont from Des Moines, IA

Basin geometry mattered more than our contractor expected when the Mestre chrome touchless faucets were installed across the public counters at our transportation office. Several sensors needed refinement during commissioning before hand detection felt consistent from station to station. That work was worthwhile; daily operation has since become predictable, and the deck-mounted format allowed us to retain the existing counters. Chrome shows the normal evidence of heavy public use, but custodial routines already account for that. I would buy them again while allowing adequate startup time for calibration.
