How should the OLED temperature controls be tested during commissioning?

Operate the touch panel through its full 25–45°C adjustment range and verify the outlet temperature using a calibrated thermometer. Confirm that display changes correspond with actual water temperature and that the controls respond consistently without delayed or unintended input.

What hydraulic conditions can cause unstable temperature or flow?

Unequal hot and cold dynamic pressure, partially closed service stops, restricted supply hoses, or debris in the inlet passages can disrupt mixing performance. Flush both branches and verify pressure while the faucet is flowing before diagnosing the electronic control system.

How should the overheating protection be checked after installation?

Increase the selected temperature gradually while monitoring the displayed and measured outlet values. The control system should prevent operation beyond its intended safe range; abnormal temperature rise requires inspection of the supply arrangement, sensor feedback, and internal mixing components.

How should the Champagne finish and black OLED panel be cleaned safely?
