Processing took longer than expected, and the absence of proactive updates was the main reason I could not give the purchase four stars. The Genoa faucet itself deserves better marks. Its dark oil-rubbed body gives the vanity a strong traditional accent, and the finish pairs beautifully with our warmer stone countertop. Daily operation has also felt smooth and dependable since installation.

It does get water spots when my hard water is left to dry.. For my bathroom project this was the perfect faucet. Matches my espresso vanity with black granite top.

4 of 5 Nice design Saturday, January 11, 2020
Reviewer: Carol from Pennsylvania
The design is what attracted me to this faucet. The dark oil rubbed bronze finish is something that I never actually seen before, so seeing something like this made me want to have it. did not even think whether it would complement the rest of the bathroom's interiors, was just so bent on having this. was not even that difficult to install, and everything was good to go in a matter of hours. Definitely a great item to have for both aesthetics and function.
