We manage several professional buildings, and this was evaluated less as a single purchase than as a possible portfolio fixture. The brushed nickel CascadeSync completed its first six months with very little technician attention, while tenants have generated virtually no usability complaints. That matters because consistency across properties reduces training and maintenance uncertainty. We are now comfortable carrying it into another renovation. A product earns our standard list through uneventful ownership, and this one is getting there.
