Not only are the measurements provided on the website incorrect, the customer service team at Fontana is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. It is impossible to get a response from anyone and they are so unwilling to help resolve any issues (not to mention one that is their own fault!). Will never be purchasing from this company again,

Fontana Commercial Wall Mount Touchless Commercial Automatic Sensor Faucet............Have to admit felt bit unique when first saw this one .  After reading through the product details and looking at the picture longer, though that this would be nice choice to replace that old faucet upstairs. So placed and order for one and had it installed when it came. So far very happy with it.
