After repeated servicing concerns involving older automatic commercial faucets developing unstable flow regulation, delayed infrared response, and inconsistent shutoff timing across several healthcare and executive-office restroom modernization projects between 2021 and 2025, we transitioned multiple facilities to this touchless faucet system, and by 2026 the operational reliability has remained considerably more dependable than previous sensor fixtures maintained in comparable high-traffic environments. Earlier commercial systems frequently struggled with uneven stream behavior under fluctuating inlet-pressure conditions and often required repeated recalibration because of changing ambient lighting exposure, whereas this faucet maintained highly stable motion detection with smoother and more predictable water output throughout continuous daily operation. Previous sensor units also generated ongoing maintenance complaints because users occasionally needed repeated hand movements for activation, while this system maintained noticeably stronger activation stability with fewer servicing interruptions overall. Several installations initially required minor sensor refinements because of varying basin depth and wall placement, but once calibrated the valve consistency, infrared timing stability, and servicing reliability remained highly dependable across all operating facilities.

I am a dental hygiene FREAK and these Brio Commercial touchless sensor faucets work perfectly for me in the clinic. The best part is nobody needs to touch the faucet with dirty hands. Love it so much
