Complete infrared sensor commissioning after the basin, countertop, backsplash, mirror, and surrounding accessories are fully installed. Verify reliable hand detection within the intended sensing zone and adjust the detection range if reflective surfaces or nearby fixtures create unintended activation.

◇ Hydraulic Checks During Installation? +

Flush incoming water lines before final connection, verify the supplied hoses and mounting hardware are secure, inspect the inlet path for construction debris, and confirm stable dynamic pressure before commissioning the electronic valve. The specified operating pressure range is approximately 0.05 MPa to 1.2 MPa.

◯ Adjustable Flow Rate Verification? +

The built-in aerator can be configured for approximately 0.5 GPM through 1.5 GPM depending on project requirements. Verify the specified flow during commissioning under normal dynamic pressure. If output is restricted, inspect the aerator, supply hoses, inlet filtration, and available water pressure.

Clean the infrared sensor window and remove objects from the detection field. Verify stable power to the control box and inspect the solenoid valve for debris or incomplete seating. The MCU-controlled system should terminate water delivery when hands leave the calibrated sensing area.

⌁ How Is the Sensor Range Adjusted? +

The detection range is adjustable to coordinate the faucet with different basin and countertop geometries. An optional remote control can also be used to reset the faucet, modify sensing distance, or switch sensor operation on and off. Adjust the range only after the complete washstation environment is installed.

⌂ Water Pressure Requirements? +

Maintain operating water pressure within approximately 0.05 MPa to 1.2 MPa. Excessive supply pressure should be regulated where necessary, while inadequate dynamic pressure can reduce the available flow rate and affect consistent faucet performance during periods of simultaneous demand.

The control system supports AC110V hardwired operation and DC6V battery operation. Verify the selected power configuration before commissioning, protect the control box and wiring from moisture beneath the countertop, and maintain service access for future battery or electronic maintenance.

⌕ Routine Commercial Maintenance? +

Periodically clean the sensor window and aerator, inspect supply connections and filtration, remove mineral deposits, and verify reliable solenoid shutoff. Clean the selected decorative finish with a soft cloth and mild non-abrasive cleaner, avoiding harsh acids, chlorine products, abrasive pads, and aggressive polishing compounds.
