Motion Sensor Faucets

FontanaShowers® warrants sensor faucets against leaks, drips, and manufacturing defects. Covered parts include the faucet body, ceramic cartridges, and specified metal finishes. During the five-year term, defective parts are repaired or replaced at no charge. Accessories are excluded. Proof of purchase is required. We reserve the right to assess root cause. Liability is limited to the product’s purchase price.


Shower Systems

Three-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage includes replacement of defective parts only; labor, shipping, and incidental damages are excluded. Issues caused by installation error or misuse are not covered. Claims require original order details.


Faucets

Non-sensor faucets carry a three-year warranty for defects in materials and workmanship under normal installation and use. Damage from improper handling, installation, maintenance, abuse, or misuse voids coverage.


Other Products & Accessories

For purchases on or after August 1, 2009, bathtubs, steam showers, vanities, sinks, and accessories are warranted for three year against defects in materials, workmanship, and finish at the time of shipment. Coverage includes replacement of defective parts only. No other obligations are assumed. Improper installation or alterations (including additives) void the warranty.

Installation & Certifications

Our team provides specification sheets and installation diagrams. Products manufactured overseas may not meet certain local inspection requirements. Customers are responsible for install/removal costs if items fail inspection due to certification constraints.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Non-defect issues: Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not caused by defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Labor & logistics: Costs for removal, return, installation/re-installation, or shipping.
  • LED lighting: LEDs in illuminated showers are excluded; mineral buildup can affect operation—routine cleaning recommended.
  • Improper use: Incorrect installation, poor maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, alterations, or additives.

  4. If approved, we’ll repair or replace the covered part(s) per the stated terms.
What information speeds approval?
  • Clear media showing the issue, serial/model info, water quality notes (if relevant).
  • Installer credentials and date of installation.
  • Any maintenance steps already performed.
