For several days I could not get a definite delivery date, which was inconvenient with our plumber scheduled around the order. The actual Milan set left a much better impression. The antique brass detailing feels substantial rather than decorative for decoration's sake, and the rainfall function provides a relaxing shower. It has blended especially well with the traditional design of our renovated guest bathroom.

Finding out after purchase that the item was backordered wasn't pleasant, especially since the availability wasn't clear when the order was placed. A proactive notification would have helped. Once the Milan finally arrived, though, I was pleased I hadn't canceled. The antique brass finish has plenty of character and the rainfall setup looks elegant without being oversized.
