My first email about order progress was never answered, and I eventually called instead. The Milan faucet has been much more impressive than the service experience. During installation of the tall antique brass faucet on a deep vessel basin, we measured stable flow near approximately 1.4 GPM with minor head-loss effects across the elevated spout height. Supply pressures above roughly 70 PSI introduced occasional splashback around the basin. Even so, stream consistency and discharge stability remained dependable overall.

Waiting days for an email response was probably the most frustrating part of this purchase. The question itself was straightforward, so I expected faster communication. Thankfully, the Milan faucet was worth a more positive conclusion. The tall profile works beautifully with a raised basin, and the antique brass finish gives it a distinctive traditional look.
