The Bravat Trio FS-201RB combines infrared motion sensing,
brass construction, solenoid control, dual AC/DC power,
and commercial deck-mounted operation.
How should the 16–32 cm sensor field be calibrated for repeated commercial use?
Complete calibration after the basin, countertop, mirror, lighting,
and adjacent accessories are installed. Begin near the factory
setting of approximately 25 cm and perform repeated hand-entry tests
across the usable wash zone. Adjust the sensing distance only when
necessary to prevent premature activation from the basin, reflective
surfaces, or nearby traffic.
How should the solenoid valve response and cycle performance be checked?
Operate the faucet through repeated activation and withdrawal cycles
while observing valve response. Opening should occur in less than
approximately 1 second and closing within approximately 2 seconds.
Check for delayed shutoff, chatter, or incomplete closure. The motor
valve specification lists a service life of up to approximately
500,000 operating cycles.
What pressure conditions should be confirmed during commissioning?
Flush the DN15 supply before final connection and verify stable pressure
through repeated activations. The technical specification recommends
approximately 1–5 bar operating pressure, with a minimum near 0.5 bar,
maximum operating pressure up to 10 bar, and a specified test pressure
of 16 bar. Inspect fittings and concealed joints for leakage after testing.
How should the IP56 control enclosure and AC/DC power system remain serviceable?
Position the controller, transformer, battery pack, sensor wiring,
and solenoid connections where they remain accessible below the deck.
Maintain the integrity of the IP56-rated enclosure and avoid locations
subject to standing water. Verify operation on the specified DC supply
and AC source, and confirm battery condition before completing
commissioning.
