the deck opening with the basin centerline so the angled stream
lands inside the primary washing zone rather than against the
bowl wall or countertop edge.
Why does the sensing field need final adjustment after installation?
The engineering specification provides an adjustable detection
range of approximately 16–32 cm. Final calibration should occur
after the basin, mirror, lighting, and surrounding finishes are
installed because reflective surfaces can influence infrared
response and create unnecessary activation.
Which hydraulic checks help maintain the specified 2 GPM performance?
Flush the G1/2-inch supply before connecting the control assembly
so debris does not enter the valve. Under normal dynamic pressure,
verify approximately 2 GPM delivery, stable stream formation,
complete shutoff, and leak-free connections. Restrictions or
sediment can reduce flow and affect valve response.
When should the AC/DC system and motor valve be performance-tested?
